In an effort to make our ticket prices more accessible, we offer a limited amount of lower price seats for those who the Standard price may be a barrier.

Accessibility

21ten Theatre is wheelchair accessible by request. Please reach out to the Box Office in advance of the show you plan to attend.

 

21ten has 2 ADA accessible bathrooms and accessible ground floor level seating.

Ticket Policies

Refunds/Exchanges:

Tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

If you can’t attend an event, please get in touch; we are happy to help you with an exchange.

Arrive Early:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure time to park and find your seat. If you have not arrived 5 minutes before the start of the show, you risk the possibility of your ticket being reassigned to a guest on our waitlist. If you are unable to attend or anticipate being late, please inform us in advance.

 

Waitlist:

For sold out performances, you are welcome to join the waitlist by arriving 30 minutes before showtime. First come, first serve.

Cancelled Performances:

21ten explores all potential options before making the decision to cancel a performance. In the case of a cancellation, please reach out to the box office to request a refund, or exchange to a future performance.
